The VAMS ATLAS™ Confidence Framework attaches a visible confidence indicator to interpretations, shaped by factors such as evidence strength in the current literature, sequencing quality, feature prevalence, cohort representation, and reproducibility. Confidence indicators support careful reading — they are educational context, not a diagnostic measure.
