Who VAMS works with

Built for the professionals who guide the conversation

Clinicians — Readable microbiome context to enrich patient conversations — non-diagnostic and method-bounded.
Laboratories & core facilities — An ATLAS™ report layer over existing sequencing, or coordinated sample-to-report workflows.

How collaboration works

A structured, method-bounded workflow

  1. 1

    Discovery

We learn your goal, audience and constraints.

  2. 2

    Requirements

We confirm scope, method fit, and governance needs.

  3. 3

    Sample or data workflow

Sample collection or existing data (FASTQ / processed tables) is coordinated — VAMS-supported or via approved partner labs.

  4. 4

    Analysis & reporting

Reproducible analysis produces structured ATLAS™ reports with confidence cues.

  5. 5

    Review & ongoing support

A review conversation and planning for any follow-on work.

Scientific & clinical boundaries

What the reports are — and are not

Not a diagnostic replacement Does not replace clinical judgment Outputs depend on assay, sample and data quality Claims remain evidence- and method-bounded Educational and non-diagnostic

Trust & governance

How the work stays accountable

Scientific review Public claims pass a scientific and claim-safety review.
Evidence governance Interpretation is framed against published reference context, not as a clinical verdict.
Privacy & data handling Consent-aware workflows; data handling confirmed before any project.
Partner laboratory attribution Processing may be performed by approved partner laboratories; VAMS is not itself an accredited laboratory.
Transparent limitations Every output states what it can and cannot support.

FAQ

Professional questions

Are VAMS BIOME reports diagnostic?

No. Reports are educational, wellness-oriented and method-bounded — not a diagnosis. Clinical interpretation and any patient decisions remain with the qualified professional.

Which professionals do you work with?

Clinicians, clinics, laboratories, researchers, nutrition & wellness professionals, and enterprise or programme partners where supported.

Can we start from our own sequencing data?

Yes — projects can start from FASTQ or processed tables, subject to QC and method fit, confirmed during scoping.

Do you claim laboratory accreditation?

No. VAMS is not itself an accredited laboratory; processing may be performed by approved partner laboratories, verified directly with each partner.

How do we begin?

Request a demo or scoping conversation. We confirm fit, method, governance and next steps before any project begins.
