Compare bundles

Compare microbiome test bundles.

See how each bundle combines ecosystems, samples, sequencing and reporting — then configure the one that fits, or choose a single test instead.

Bundle compatibility and live pricing are confirmed during configuration. Professional-only modules are separate from consumer bundles.

Women’s Health Complete VagiX™ + GutX™ Vaginal swab · Stool A combined view of vaginal and gut ecosystems. Diagnosing gynaecological or digestive conditions, or guiding treatment. Vaginal and gut patterns read together, without asserting causation between them. 16S · WGS (per included test) Essential · ATLAS Core · ATLAS Plus Foundation packs + cross-ecosystem (generic) packs Separate layer At configuration Configure →
Whole Body Mapping GutX™ + VagiX™ + OralX™ + SkinX™ Stool · Vaginal swab · Saliva · Skin swab The broadest multi-ecosystem ecological picture. Diagnosing any condition across sites, or directing treatment. Four ecosystems described on their own terms, then read side by side. 16S · WGS (per included test) Essential · ATLAS Core · ATLAS Plus Foundation packs + Whole Body Mapping / cross-ecosystem packs Separate layer At configuration Configure →
Oral–Gut Axis OralX™ + GutX™ Saliva / swab · Stool Comparing oral and gut ecosystems along a shared axis. Diagnosing oral, dental or digestive disease, or guiding treatment. Oral–gut ecological context, described as association, not proof of cause. 16S · WGS (per included test) Essential · ATLAS Core · ATLAS Plus Foundation packs + Oral–Gut Axis / cross-ecosystem packs Separate layer At configuration Configure →
Skin–Gut Axis SkinX™ + GutX™ Skin swab · Stool Comparing skin-site and gut ecosystems along a shared axis. Diagnosing dermatological or digestive conditions, or guiding treatment. Skin–gut ecological context, described as association, not proof of cause. 16S · WGS (per included test) Essential · ATLAS Core · ATLAS Plus Foundation packs + Skin–Gut Axis / cross-ecosystem packs Separate layer At configuration Configure →

“Professional-only” modules (e.g. Professional Insight) are never included in a consumer bundle by default — they are requested separately.

Cross-ecosystem interpretation limits

What reading ecosystems together can — and cannot — say

A bundle lets you view more than one ecosystem through one framework. It describes patterns and associations across sites — it does not establish that one ecosystem causes changes in another, and it is not a diagnosis. Each ecosystem is reported on its own terms first, then read alongside the others with the same confidence and method boundaries that apply to a single test.

Responsible interpretation

Wellness education, with the limits shown

Educational, not diagnostic

VAMS BIOME reports are wellness education — they describe your microbiome, not a medical diagnosis or treatment.

Method-bounded

What can be inferred depends on the sequencing method (16S / WGS / MetaT) and sample quality. Boundaries are shown, not hidden.

Context, not certainty

Microbiome patterns describe context and association, read against reference cohorts with confidence indicators — not proof of cause.

Professional care

For symptoms or clinical decisions, speak with a qualified healthcare professional. Reports support understanding; they do not replace medical advice.

Questions

Choosing a bundle

Do bundles diagnose anything?

No. Bundles combine educational, wellness-oriented ecosystem reports. They describe microbiome ecology across sites; they do not diagnose or treat disease.

Are professional modules included?

No. Professional Insight and other professional-only modules are a separate practitioner/research layer, requested outside normal consumer checkout — they are never part of a consumer bundle by default.

Can I read one ecosystem more deeply than another?

Yes — sequencing depth and report package are chosen in the configurator, within each included test’s supported methods. Cross-ecosystem context is descriptive, not causal.

How is bundle pricing shown?

Pricing is confirmed during configuration once your bundle, packages and sequencing depth are selected. Nothing is charged until checkout.
