Microbiome test

A microbiome test uses a sample from a specific body ecosystem to profile microbial composition and related sequencing-derived features. VAMS BIOME tests four ecosystems — gut, vaginal, oral, and skin — each with its own sample type and reporting context. The result is a structured report rather than raw sequencing data, organized so microbial patterns are easier to read and compare over time.

VAMS BIOME separates each decision so a scientifically layered test stays easy to buy. Package controls interpretation depth. Sequencing depth controls biological resolution and can be adjusted in the configurator.
