Microbiome analysis is the process of turning a biological sample into structured microbial information. A sample is sequenced to read its genetic material, the resulting data is processed to profile which microbes are present and their relative abundance, and VAMS ATLAS™ then organizes those sequencing-derived features into a clear report. The method sets the biological resolution; the analysis makes the data readable.
Every VAMS BIOME test follows the same analysis pathway. The sample type and sequencing method vary by ecosystem and configuration; the structure stays consistent.
